    In Sanskrit Mandala means “complete” or “circle”, in this class we will focus on flowing through each element, creating heat and prana throughout whole system as you move in a complete circle around your mat. This practice uses all four points of the compass and will begin and end with a soothing yin pose to balance out the body, mind and spirit. Expect to be challenged by the dynamic choreographed sequencing of Mandala Flow, to get upside down and to have a lot of fun in the process!

    Creating a Meaningful Life: Turning Insight Into Action

    Workshop focus: This workshop integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and yoga therapy to help participants develop a deeper sense of purpose and work towards a more meaningful life in their day to day. By exploring and clarifying personal values, the workshop provides a holistic framework for connecting our values with actionable steps, helping participants commit to behaviours that align with their sense of purpose. Yoga therapy complements ACT by supporting us to connect with the calming and creative aspects of ourselves which enable us to develop present-moment awareness and create space for intentional, meaningful action.

    Who’s it for: This workshop is for anyone who wants to develop tools to live more meaningfully and align their values with everyday actions.

    What to expect (timings are approximate):

    · Exploration of how we can cultivate a greater sense of purpose and meaning within the things we already do (15 minutes)
    · Asana practise through a ‘meaningful living’ lens (65 minutes)
