    Explore the world of inversions with our Inversions & Drills class! This focused, non-yoga class will help you build strength, balance, and technique for headstands, forearm stands (Pincha Mayurasana), and handstands. Through wall drills, partner work, and guided exercises, you’ll develop the alignment, flexibility, and control needed to take your practice upside down.

    Some experience with being on your hands or basic inversions is helpful but not required.
