Similar to yoga, mobility is often offered only at a base level, and this workshop is a chance to go deeper. You will learn progressions and explore more challenging variations, transitions, and mobility exercises. The session will also explain how mobility practice complements yoga and how to use specific drills to deepen your yoga practice. We will also work with a partner and leave space to explore, play, and have fun.
