    Pilates & Zen is blissful blend of full body movement followed by total calm, in the first 45 minutes of this class you will be guided through an intensive Pilates practice designed to strengthen your core and stability and challenge the entire body. Once the hard work is over you will then be treated to some Zen! Depending on which of our lovely teachers is leading the class, this could involve a meditation with the use of singing bowls, a beautiful restorative close with a deep Savasana or a soothing guided meditation to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. *Beginner friendly*

    Ashtanga Vinyasa is a yoga style popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century, often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. Ashtanga means eight limbs or branches, of which asana or physical yoga practice is merely one branch.

    This class uses postures and deep stretching in combination with breath work and flow to develop flexibility while also creating total relaxation.

    More Hatha Flow encourages proper alignment of the body that will bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner. Paying particular attention to alignment also the deeper layers of yoga and incorporating breath work to create heat in the body to warm the entire system.

    Our traditional Hatha Flow classes are based around classic and ancient practices.

    All levels welcome especially beginners.

    Yin yoga is all about 'simply being' with the asanas being held for longer periods of time than usual (normally in-between 3-10 minutes). This time and space in your practice enable the body to gently stretch and heal the connective tissues while also toning, lengthening and refreshing the muscles all over the body. Expect to finish the class in utter bliss with a mini-meditation and blissful savasana to calm the entire mind, body and soul. All levels welcome including students working with an injury.

    In Sanskrit Mandala means “complete” or “circle”, in this class we will focus on flowing through each element, creating heat and prana throughout whole system as you move in a complete circle around your mat. This practice uses all four points of the compass and will begin and end with a soothing yin pose to balance out the body, mind and spirit. Expect to be challenged by the dynamic choreographed sequencing of Mandala Flow, to get upside down and to have a lot of fun in the process!
